Wings of Power requires a new Executive Director. The positions key responsibilities include program development and administration, management of organizational finances, building on strong staff relations and resource allocation. The individual will be responsible for establishing budgets, monitoring short term and long-term fiscal plans, administering a Collective Agreement, and completing timely financial reports for numerous funding partners and Wings of Powers Board of Directors. The successful applicant must possess strong administrative, organizational, communication and leadership skills.
